PROJECT AT A GLANCE

The Dayton Arcade is a transformative, multi-phase redevelopment of nine interconnected historic buildings totaling over 500,000 square feet in the heart of downtown Dayton. The revitalized complex blends retail, office, event space, and housing to reestablish the Arcade as a vibrant mixed-use destination.

The first phase, known as the South Arcade, includes a 110-unit residential development for artists and creative entrepreneurs, alongside an innovation hub anchored by a local university. The upcoming North Arcade will feature a shared commercial kitchen, a retail and dining marketplace, and flexible micro-loft or hospitality space.

As the centerpiece of a larger nine-block downtown revitalization effort, the Arcade is helping to bring new life to Dayton’s urban core. Tenants include arts organizations, nonprofits, and entrepreneurial support services, making the Arcade a powerful engine for cultural and economic growth.
