PROJECT AT A GLANCE
Walnut Hills is undergoing a transformative, multi-phase revitalization aimed at restoring one of Cincinnati’s most historic and culturally rich neighborhoods. With over $105 million invested across 15 buildings, the effort blends historic preservation with modern design to create a vibrant, mixed-use community along the East McMillan corridor.
Flagship projects include Paramount Square, a LEED-certified development that restored eight historic buildings into 51 apartments and 56,000 square feet of commercial space, now home to Cincinnati’s first minority-owned brewery. Nearby, Trevarren Flats converted three historic structures into 30 modern apartments with ground-floor retail, combining historic charm with new amenities and dedicated parking.
Spanning over 260 residential units and more than 40,000 square feet of commercial space, the revitalization of Walnut Hills is creating new housing, supporting small businesses, and preserving the neighborhood’s unique character. As additional phases unfold, the area continues to attract residents, entrepreneurs, and community investment, cementing Walnut Hills as a thriving and inclusive urban neighborhood.
